Terms of use

These terms apply to the apps and website published by ZedLab (“ZedLab”, “we”, “us”), including ZedBrains and ZM Utility. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Using our apps

• You must use the apps lawfully and not try to break, copy, reverse engineer or disrupt them or their servers.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for activity under your account.
• If you are under 18, please use the apps with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as property listings. You give ZedLab permission to store and display it inside the app so the service can work. You promise that what you submit is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not break the law or harm others. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

ZM Utility listings

ZM Utility is a marketplace that connects people. Listings are created by users, not by ZedLab. We do not own, inspect or guarantee any property, and we are not a party to any agreement between users. Please verify the property, the owner and all payments yourself before you commit, and never pay in advance to someone you have not met and checked.

ZedBrains study content

ZedBrains is a study aid. We work to keep content accurate and aligned with the ECZ syllabus, but we cannot promise it is error-free or that it will produce any particular exam result.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop any feature at any time. We try to keep the apps running reliably but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.

No warranty and limit of liability

The apps are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, ZedLab is not liable for losses that come from using the apps, from content posted by users, or from dealings between users.

Ending use

You can stop using the apps at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept it.
