Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains what information the apps and website published by ZedLab (“ZedLab”, “we”, “us”) collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. ZedLab is an independent software studio based in Lusaka, Zambia.

Information we collect

We collect only what an app needs to work.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host or operate our apps, such as cloud database, storage and authentication services, and only as needed to run the service. We may also share information when the law requires it. Anything you choose to make public, such as a property listing, can be seen by other users.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal duties.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

ZedBrains is designed for secondary school pupils. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from young users than the app needs to function. A parent or guardian who believes we hold information they want removed can contact us.

Third-party services

Our apps may rely on third-party services whose own privacy policies apply, for example cloud hosting and authentication providers and the Google Play services on your device.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
